Day 01 :

Transfer from Kampala/Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth NP (6–7 hours)

Day 02 :

Game Drive & Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel

Morning game drive in Kasenyi plains: lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes
Afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel—famous for hippos, crocodiles & water birds

Overnight: Same as Day 1

Day 03 :

Transfer to Bwindi via Ishasha Sector (5–6 hours)

Drive through Ishasha sector in search of tree-climbing lions
Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, check into your lodge
Relax and prepare for the gorilla trekking experience

Overnight: Mahogany Springs / Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge / Rushaga Gorilla Camp

Day 04 :

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest

Early breakfast and transfer to park headquarters for trekking briefing
Hike through dense rainforest with expert rangers to find a mountain gorilla family
