11-Day Uganda Safari Itinerary
Meet and greet at Entebbe International Airport
Transfer to your hotel for safari briefing and overnight
Relax after your flight and prepare for the adventure ahead
Depart early and drive north through the countryside
Stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for on-foot rhino tracking
Continue to Murchison Falls with lunch along the way
Visit the top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile explodes through a narrow gorge
Cross the Nile to enter the park's game-rich northern section
Set out for a morning game drive across the open savannah
Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Jackson’s hartebeest, and more
Return for lunch and a short rest
In the afternoon, take a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls
Watch hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and elephants along the riverbank
Early breakfast and begin the journey southwest to Kibale
Drive through tea plantations, roadside markets, and crater lakes
Optional scenic stop at Lake Nyabikere or a short nature walk in Fort Portal
Arrive near the edge of Kibale Forest by evening
